At AMADA Franchise Inc., we believe exceptional franchise support leads to exceptional care. We're seeking a strategic, results-driven Franchise Business Consultant to serve as a trusted business advisor to our franchise owners throughout the Western United States.


This is a full-time remote position. Candidates must reside in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone and be available to support franchise partners during standard business hours.

This is far more than a traditional consulting role. You'll partner directly with franchise owners to strengthen operations, increase profitability, improve caregiver recruitment and retention, accelerate sales growth, and deliver exceptional care experiences for seniors and their families.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Franchise Business Consultant, you'll manage a portfolio of approximately 25–35 franchise owners, serving as their primary strategic business advisor.

You'll help franchise partners improve every aspect of their business while ensuring alignment with AMADA's Three Pillars of Success: Caregiving, Sales, and Operations.


Franchise Business Consulting & Coaching
  • Serve as the primary business consultant for an assigned portfolio of 25–35 franchise owners.
  • Develop trusted relationships that promote accountability, business growth, and operational excellence.
  • Conduct recurring business review meetings to evaluate franchise performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Create customized business improvement plans designed to increase revenue, profitability, caregiver retention, and operational efficiency.
  • Coach franchise owners on leadership, strategic planning, financial management, and organizational growth.
  • Provide guidance on implementing corporate initiatives and operational best practices.
Sales Growth & Business Development
  • Coach franchise owners on sales strategies that increase private-pay census and market share.
  • Analyze sales conversion metrics, referral development activities, and revenue trends.
  • Assist franchise owners in developing annual sales plans and growth strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, referral source development, community outreach, and sales pipeline management.
  • Partner with franchise owners to improve sales execution, accountability, and overall business development.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and recommend corrective action when performance falls below established benchmarks.
Caregiving Recruitment & Retention
  • Coach franchise owners on recruiting strategies that attract quality caregivers.
  • Improve caregiver retention through operational best practices and workforce engagement.
  • Review recruiting funnel metrics and staffing performance.
  • Partner with owners to address hiring challenges and workforce planning.
Operational Excellence
  • Ensure compliance with Franchise Agreements, operating standards, and brand expectations
  • Identify operational risks and recommend corrective actions
  • Share best practices across the franchise system
  • Support successful implementation of corporate initiatives
Training & Franchise Development
  • Facilitate AMADA University training programs
  • Lead Peer Performance Groups and collaborative learning sessions
  • Support the Annual Franchise Conference and regional meetings
  • Conduct on-site franchise visits to provide hands-on coaching and operational support
Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business consulting, franchise support, multi-unit operations, healthcare operations, business development, sales leadership, or operational management.
  • Previous experience in the home care, senior care, healthcare, or franchise industry strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success coaching business owners or operational leaders.
  • Strong knowledge of sales management, operations, financial reporting, KPIs, and business planning.
  • Experience interpreting Profit & Loss statements and operational metrics.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25–40% including monthly overnight travel and three-day on-site franchise consulting visits.
