What are Food Safety Supervisors?

Food Safety Supervisors are professionals responsible for ensuring that food handling and preparation within an organization comply with relevant safety laws and standards. They oversee staff training, maintain hygiene practices, and monitor processes to prevent foodborne illnesses. Their role is critical in identifying potential hazards, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring that the organization passes health inspections.
