Job description

At WindMar Home, the Solar Setter plays a critical role in driving our growth by generating prospects and setting appointments. This position focuses on engaging homeowners, educating them on our full suite of home solutions, and scheduling high-quality appointments that convert into sales.

This is the entry point into a high-income career path, with structured development through our Solar Academy and Setter Career Growth Path.

What you will do:

Generate leads through canvassing, events, booths, referrals, and strategic prospecting
Educate homeowners on WindMar solutions:
-Solar energy systems
-Battery storage
-Roof sealing
-Qualify prospects based on:
-Homeownership
-Energy usage
-Interest and readiness
Schedule appointments for Solar Consultants to deliver full presentations
Confirm and follow up to ensure high show rates
Represent WindMar’s brand with professionalism and energy
Consistently meet or exceed weekly appointment targets
