Solar Appointment Coordinator (In-Office) - Temp to Hire
Hourly Pay ($20.00/hr) + Commission
We’re hiring Solar Appointment Coordinators to work warm leads! Connect with interested customers and schedule appointments with our sales analysts who help clients exit service contracts they no longer need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact inbound leads and conduct structured intake calls
- Communicate clearly and professionally with prospective clients
- Collect and document key contract details
- Request and review supporting documentation when available
- Maintain accurate and timely records
- Schedule qualified clients for consultations with the analyst team
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and ability to meet scheduling expectations
- Professional, detail-oriented with the ability to follow established processes
- Comfortable discussing contract and financial-related information
- Strong Computer Skills, Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace
- Prior customer service or call center experience preferred, but not required
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
Schedule:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Must be flexible to work one of the following schedules: 8:30am - 5:30pm/10:00am - 7:00pm
Training:
- 9am - 3pm (Paid training)
