About the Role

Top Tier Solar Solutions is looking for driven sales consultants to join our expanding team across multiple markets. This is a high-ticket, appointment-based sales role — no cold calling, no door knocking, no lead generation. Every appointment is pre-set and handed to you daily. You show up and close.

What You're Selling

We work with homeowners who went solar, watched their solar company go out of business, and are now stuck paying both a solar bill and a full electric bill — sometimes $400 to $500 a month combined. Our battery backup system eliminates their electric bill, stores their solar energy, and restores the net metering they lost. It solves a real problem for a frustrated homeowner. The product sells itself — you just have to present it right.

Your Day to Day

  • Receive 3 to 6 pre-set appointments per day — handed to you every morning
  • Meet with homeowners one on one and walk them through the battery solution
  • Present, handle objections, and close
  • Installs scheduled one week after close
  • Commission paid two weeks after confirmed install

Training

Before you are deployed to your market you complete a 3-day intensive bootcamp in North Carolina led by one of the best closers in the industry. You will learn the product, the pitch, and every objection you will face before you ever sit across from a homeowner. You leave training ready to close from day one.

Compensation

  • $500 – $5,000 commission per closed deal
  • Average commission per deal: $2,000 – $3,000
  • Average rep closes 2 to 3 deals per week
  • Average weekly earnings $4,000 – $15,000
  • Top performers earn $180,000 – $750,000 annually
