Job description

We are seeking an experienced Fleet & Commercial Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial vehicle business.ย 

Job Description:

  • Drive growth in fleet and commercial vehicle sales
  • Manage, coach, and develop a Fleet Sales Representative
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, government, and fleet accounts
  • Work closely with Retail Sales Managers and other department leaders to align inventory, pricing, and processes
  • Ensure compliance with Ford fleet programs and Elite Commercial Center standards

Requirements:

Work Schedule:

  • Monday โ€“ Friday, 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:30 PM (minimum)
  • Additional hours will be required based on business needs, customer demands, or special circumstances
  • Must be able to reliably commute to Dickinson, ND, our base location.

Qualifications:

  • Automotive dealership experience required, preferably in fleet or commercial sales
  • OR
  • a very strong dealer-based sales background
  • Proven leadership and sales growth experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel locally; no overnights required except for occasional training or industry events
