Job description

As a National Fleet Manager, Government, you will drive growth and retention of state and local fleet accounts across the West Region. You'll serve as the primary field contact, aligning Goodyear products and services with dealers and government agencies. The role is accountable for meeting volume, revenue, and margin goals while leading account planning and contract execution. Success requires strong account leadership, resilience, and the ability to navigate complex public-sector environments.

What You Will Do

  • Grow and manage government fleet accounts by aligning Goodyear solutions to customer needs and TCO goals.

  • Serve as the primary customer interface, building strong relationships with agencies, dealers, and internal teams.

  • Deliver volume, revenue, and margin targets through pricing, programs, and portfolio strategy.

  • Prospect and win new government business through innovative, collaborative sales strategies.

  • Lead account execution, including contract compliance, training, and best-practice implementation.

  • Expand dealer and customer relationships while driving contract utilization and regional execution.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of B2B sales experience; or, in lieu of a degree, at least 10 years of B2B sales experience.

  • Demonstrated success identifying growth opportunities and developing innovative sales strategies to win new business.

  • Experience working in an operations- or manufacturing-driven environment.

  • Ability to travel extensively across the assigned region.

  • Ability toresideanywhere within the West Region; California is preferred.

  • Self-driven, resilient sales professional with a proven track record of winning new business and navigating complex, contract-driven environments.

  • Strategic relationship builder and communicator with strong problem-solving, negotiation skills, and the ability to quickly establish credibility with stakeholders.

$105288,00 - $195533,00

However, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
