We own and operate a rapidly expanding portfolio of 85 Travel Centers, 200 restaurants, and 30 convenience stores across the United States, supported by nearly 6,000 team members. Our Travel Centers serve as key hubs for professional drivers and commercial fleets, providing high-quality diesel and gasoline fuel, truck parking, service bays, showers, laundry, and a full range of amenities. We deliver tailored fleet fueling programs, volume-based pricing, and dedicated diesel services to support trucking companies, logistics providers, construction fleets, and other commercial vehicle operators.

  • Understand and support fleet fuel requirements, including diesel and gasoline purchasing patterns, rack pricing cycles, supplier terms, and volume needs.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and site visits to LV Petroleum Travel Centers and customer facilities to identify service opportunities, resolve issues, and optimize fleet experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (fuel pricing, operations, marketing, and finance) to implement pricing agreements, billing arrangements, and program enhancements.
  • Track account fuel volume, performance metrics, and usage trends in CRM; prepare regular reports and forecasts for leadership.
  • Monitor fuel market dynamics, industry trends, and regulatory developments impacting commercial fleets.
  • Support fleet customer onboarding, training on fueling programs, and ongoing issue resolution to maintain high satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve fleet programs, services, and Travel Center offerings based on customer feedback and fleet operational needs.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in fleet operations, fuel management, or account management within the petroleum, diesel, trucking, or logistics industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of fleet department processes, commercial fuel purchasing, diesel operations, and travel center services.
  • Experience supporting fleet fuel programs, volume tracking, and cost management.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively (50-75% travel required, including frequent overnight stays).
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills; capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary
  • Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off)
  • Opportunity to play a key financial role in a rapidly expanding national brand
  • Collaborative, growth-oriented culture in Las Vegas
  • Opportunity to play a key role in a new Fleet department within a high-growth travel center company.
  • Direct involvement in supporting national fleet operations and fuel volume optimization.
  • Collaborative culture with access to senior leadership and career development opportunities.
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, company vehicle or car allowance, and travel expense reimbursement.
