Job description

Capital Automotive Group is revving things up and looking for a driven Fleet Account Rep to join our growing Fleet Management team in Raleigh! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building relationships, and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen, this could be the perfect fit.

 What You’ll Do:
  • Make 50–70 outbound calls per day to prospects and existing clients

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships

  • Identify new opportunities and help grow our fleet management division

  • Collaborate with your team to share ideas, celebrate wins, and hit goals

  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

 What We’re Looking For:
  • A motivated, go-getter attitude with a strong work ethic

  • Someone who enjoys the hustle and is comfortable with heavy phone activity

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • A team player who adds to a positive, supportive culture

  • Previous sales or call-center experience (a plus)

  • Automotive experience preferred

  • Experience with VinSolutions or a similar CRM is a bonus
