Job description

JOB SUMMARY:

Analyzes and processes dealer fleet incentive requests and payment requests within Isuzu fleet sales support department guidelines.  Acts as liaison between corporate office, field, and dealer personnel regarding Isuzu fleet assistance issues.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Reviews and distributes fleet assistance requests, including mega and regular fleet, from Isuzu dealers and the ICTA field and fleet organization. Ensures fair and equitable treatment of dealers. Seeks approvals from supervisor, when assistance levels require escalation.
  2. Reviews, approves, or denies new fleet account (fleet account number) requests from Isuzu dealers and ICTA fleet organization. Seeks guidance on new fleet account requests from supervisor as needed.
  3. Researches dealer payment discrepancies and provides dealers with resolution.
  4. Processes dealer credit and debit payments through Isuzu business systems in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  5. Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

  • Reports to:  National Manager, Vehicle Operations and Systems

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & TRAINING:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent directly related work experience
  • Minimum two year administrative/customer service experience
  • Previous database management experience preferred

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Knowledge of data recording and performing business data transactions

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Strong mainframe and PC skills in MS Office applications including knowledge of Excel/Access; database management and SAP preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills

PHYSICAL STANDARDS:

The employee must be able to access, enter, and retrieve data using a computer.  This is primarily a sedentary position in a controlled office environment, which requires only occasional reaching, stooping, and lifting of office files, reports or records, typically weighing 5 lbs. or less.  Rare instances requiring lifting of light objects (5 to 25 lbs.).

PAY SCALE:

The pay scale for this position is between $27.90 to $34.18. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

This is short term contract role covering a leave of absence.
