Riverside Ford of Tulsa is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Fleet Sales Executive to join our growing Fleet & Commercial Sales team. This position is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys building long-term business relationships and delivering tailored transportation solutions to commercial clients.

As a Fleet Sales Executive, you will work with businesses, municipalities, government agencies, and commercial customers to provide vehicle solutions ranging from single-unit purchases to large fleet orders. You will guide clients through the entire sales process, including vehicle selection, financing, leasing, upfits, and delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new commercial and fleet business opportunities
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships
  • Conduct outside sales calls, phone outreach, and email follow-up
  • Assist customers with vehicle selection, financing, leasing, and upfit solutions
  • Maintain knowledge of fleet products, market trends, and commercial vehicle applications
  • Utilize manufacturer and dealer software platforms effectively
  • Complete and verify all sales documentation accurately
  • Coordinate with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure deals are completed properly
  • Maintain manufacturer standards and customer satisfaction goals
