Associate Director - Inside Sales
Job Description
As an Associate Director (AD) - Inside Sales, you'll build, develop, and lead an outstanding team of high-performing sales professionals. You'll motivate and empower your sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and solutions to small and medium-sized business customers to make their businesses run better, faster, and smarter. With your ongoing mentorship and development, you'll drive your team's sales performance.
  • Forecast sales, revenue and various metrics
  • Enable your team to deliver best-in-class customer service
  • Lead, develop and track your team's performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand and upsell to our existing base
  • Model effective sales strategies for your team to follow
  • Assess individual and team performance and initiative developmental plans to narrow competency gaps
  • Timely monitoring of daily/weekly/monthly results and activities to ensure sales, retention and compliance objectives are met
  • Analyze staffing needs, provide hiring, promotion and disciplinary action recommendations
  • Remain current on industry and competitive trends and reinforce findings with the team

Where you'll be working:
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience
  • Experience Managing sales teams

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • Previous experience selling into SMB accounts
  • Telematics sales experience
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience meeting or exceeding challenging sales targets
  • Experience leading a high-performing sales team (ideally, in a commissions-based environment)
  • Experience crafting compelling sales proposals, business cases, and value propositions

Where you'll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
