We are seeking a Fleet Support Administrator to provide operational, administrative, and account support for our drivers while working closely with dispatch, operations, and accounting teams.

What You’ll Do as a Fleet Support Administrator:

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a main point of contact for drivers, providing day-to-day account and administrative support
  • Assist with driver payments, vouchers, and account-related transactions
  • Respond to driver questions regarding leases, balances, and transaction activity
  • Maintain accurate driver and vehicle records while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Reconcile daily trip and payment activity and prepare reports for management review
  • Perform general office and administrative duties including data entry, scheduling, filing, and phone support
  • Deliver professional, timely, and high-quality service to drivers, customers, and internal departments
