Job description

-Service and maintain the fleet of vehicles

-Maximize uptime for field operations fleet by implementing rapid response and preventative programs

-Provide on-site support, as needed, and organize applicable travel

-Install upgrades of hardware and software on existing fleet vehicles, as required

-Learn all aspects of the ARAN subsystems and implement rapid diagnostics and troubleshooting which may lead to repair both on and off-site

-Assist in the repair and maintenance of field operations equipment and spare parts

-Help maintain Fleet Operations spare parts inventory

-Provide preventative maintenance forecasting for vehicle chassis and equipment

-Perform preventative maintenance on equipment

-Provide support to field operations staff, both email and telephone, when on and off schedule, as needed

-Provide training to Field Operators on Roadware hardware and software products

-Provide feedback and corrective actions to other departments to improve product reliability and quality

-Maintain proper documentation of fleet operation information and logs

-Participate and meet requirement of HSE training as per Health and Safety Training Matrix

-Ensure accordance to company standards, industry standards, QHSSE policy and local regulations
