**The pay scale above is the compensation range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, relevant education and/or training, and performance related bonuses and incentives.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Develop and execute a plan to grow thefleetdepartment
  • Identify and develop new commercial business prospects
  • Service accounts in person and via phone, looking for incremental growth opportunities
  • Achieve or exceed established sales goals set by manager
  • Assess customer wholesale inventory needs and offer solutions
  • Address all service issues for customers
  • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in order to achieve account retention and growth
  • Handle all administrative duties related tofleetsales
  • Ensure that all company services available tofleetcustomers
  • Maintain contact with federal, state, and/or local government agencies and utilities to securefleetbusiness, actively utilizing the bidding process
  • Solicit commercialfleetaccounts
  • Ensure quality deliveries of allfleetsales
  • Act as source for national and local courtesy deliveries (supplying specifications as needed for orders)
  • Provide out-of-stock service forfleetaccounts and local leasing companies in conjunction with manager
  • Supply manager with monthly forecasts offleetvehicle deliveries
  • Follow up on dealership payment for deliveredfleet, lease company, and commercial account vehicles routinely
  • Ensure legal compliance with all transactions.
  • Build broker relationships.
  • Deliver vehicles off site.
  • Obtain all signatures required in a sales transaction.
  • Display the utmost honesty and integrity in you everyday interactions.

Here's what you'll need:

  • Minimum of 1 year of commercial/fleetsales experience preferred
  • Two years of automotive sales experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid in-state driver's license
