Rock Pros, a leading supplier of landscape rock and aggregate materials, is seeking a Sales Administrator / Sales Assistant to join our fast-growing Sales Team. This role supports profitable sales by producing accurate, competitive estimates, analyzing project feasibility, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from quote to delivery.


Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO), this position collaborates closely with Outside Sales Representatives, Dispatch, and Accounts Receivable to ensure accurate quoting, seamless order execution, and on-time delivery.

As a Sales Administrator / Sales Assistant, you will:

  • Collect and assess customer project requirements, including product type, quantity, delivery location, accessibility, timelines, and special specifications.
  • Prepare accurate, competitive quotes factoring in material costs, transportation, logistics, and profit margins.
  • Evaluate project feasibility based on production capacity, material availability, and delivery constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with Outside Sales Representatives, Dispatch, and Accounts Receivable to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Use CRM and estimating software to generate quotes, manage project details, and maintain organized records.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams regarding pricing, timelines, and project requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records and assist in reporting on estimates, project costs, and sales performance
