 Administrative Processor to Sales Team 
Samson Funding is a Non-Bank alternative enabling businesses nationwide to access much needed capital to grow. To make sure we can tailor options to our client’s needs, in addition to our in-house funding programs we have partnered with both Bank and Non-Bank Lenders across the country. Our programs include SBA Loans, Asset Based Loans, Account Receivable Factoring/Financing, Revenue Based Financing, etc...

**Entry level role (1-2 years’ experience) **
 
 
Essential Duties of the Collections Specialist include:
  • Tactful account confidentiality 
  • Data Entry and Retrieval 
  • Proactively manage multiple accounts 
  • Analyze business financials thoroughly according to established procedures 
  • Provide accurate account details and information with an elevated level of professionalism and integrity
  • Partner cross- functionally to resolve issues 
 
Knowledge & Qualifications:
  • Basic computer skills: Excel, Gmail, Google, 
  • Excellent communication skills via phone and email
  • Desire to crush goals and produce quality results  
  • Work “athlete” - someone who is coach-able, innovative, focused and adaptable
  • Resourceful, able to prioritize and problem solve
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Self-motivated, organized and excellent follow-up discipline and attention to detail
  • Solutions oriented approach 
  • Prior experience in business finance a plus but not required
