This is NOT primarily a driving position. Qualified candidates should be willing to occasionally assist with local deliveries when business needs require, but the majority of your time will be spent supporting warehouse operations.

If you enjoy staying active, working with your hands, learning new products, and take pride in doing quality work, we'd like to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist with shipping, receiving, returns, and inventory transfers.

• Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.

• Learn electrical products, manufacturers, and warehouse locations.

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training available if needed).

• Work closely with sales and purchasing personnel to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

• Occasionally assist with local deliveries when needed.

• Perform other warehouse and distribution duties as assigned.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in electrical distribution is highly desirable.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Warehouse, shipping & receiving, inventory, order picking, or material handling experience preferred.

• Forklift experience is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic computer skills.

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Ability to pass customer-specific background screenings when required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and material handling throughout the workday.

• Continuous lifting of 1-20 lbs.

• Frequent lifting of 21-50 lbs.

• Occasional lifting of 51-100 lbs. (with team lifting or mechanical assistance)

COMPENSATION

Starting Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and relevant industry background.

We are willing to pay for experience. Candidates with electrical distribution or electrical product knowledge are encouraged to apply.

BENEFITS

• Employer Paid Family Health, Dental & Vision Insurance (available after 30 days)

Company-funded 401(k) retirement contribution of up to 15% of annual salary

• Annual Performance Bonus

• Paid Time Off

• Paid Holidays

WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?

Every order you pull, every shipment you receive, and every truck you load helps contractors, businesses, and industrial customers stay productive. We invest in our people, promote from within whenever possible, and reward employees who take pride in their work.

If you're looking for more than just another warehouse job, we'd like to hear from you.
