About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Digital / Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations, executive priorities, and digital workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates exceptionally well, and can anticipate needs before they arise.
You'll serve as a trusted right hand-managing schedules, streamlining communication, coordinating projects, and helping maintain operational efficiency across both business and digital platforms.
What You'll Do
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Handle email management, follow-ups, and executive correspondence
Coordinate projects, timelines, and administrative workflows
Assist with digital operations including file organization, cloud systems, and online tools
Prepare presentations, reports, meeting notes, and documents
Support social media, light content management, or online research as needed
Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members
Help prioritize tasks and keep leadership organized and focused
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
