Job Description The Role: Executive Assistant to Senior Executive Location: San Francisco, CA | Onsite Industry: Technology Compensation: $120,000-$140,000 base DOE + bonus + excellent benefits The Opportunity An exciting technology company in San Francisco is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a senior executive and become an integral part of their day-to-day operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for an EA who loves being in the details, keeping a busy executive organized, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. The ideal candidate is responsive, resourceful, and energized by a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly.

You'll work closely with a successful executive, gain meaningful exposure across the business, and join a collaborative team with excellent benefits and room to continue growing your career. The Day-to-Day Manage a busy and frequently changing executive calendar, including meetings, appointments, and scheduling priorities Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones Handle day-to-day email and communication support, ensuring important requests and follow-ups are addressed Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries Prepare executives for meetings by organizing materials, agendas, and relevant information Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to keep priorities moving forward Process expenses and maintain accurate records and documentation Coordinate team meetings, events, dinners, and occasional offsites Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and external partners Assist with administrative projects and ad hoc requests as they arise Anticipate scheduling conflicts and logistical needs before they become issues Maintain a high level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information The Ideal Candidate 3+ years of Executive Assistant or high-level administrative support experience, ideally within technology or another fast-paced environment Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Comfortable managing a high-volume calendar and shifting priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Proactive and naturally inclined to follow through on details Able to prioritize competing requests and execute efficiently Resourceful, dependable, and comfortable working with minimal hand-holding Professional and confident interacting with senior executives and external stakeholders Thrives in an onsite, collaborative, and fast-moving environment Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and tools quickly Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
