Job Overview
How will you fit in the big picture?
The Sr. Customer Sales Executive (CSE) - Club Costco is responsible for profitably growing One Hershey's business with Costco across the West region. This role owns the full Costco portfolio-including CMG, Salty, Protein, and Kirkland Signature Private Label-and serves as a strategic business advisor to drive long-term growth, strengthen partnerships, and deliver best-in-class execution.
Accountabilities
What will you do?
  • Achieve net sales, market share, trade spend, and sales activity margin targets through strategic planning, volume forecasting, and post-analysis
  • Build strong, trusted partnerships with Costco by understanding their business and delivering mutually beneficial solutions through skilled negotiation
  • Develop and execute 1-3 year customer business plans leveraging insights, analytics, and category trends
  • Manage trade investment strategy, ensuring efficient allocation of funds and compliance with SOX requirements
  • Utilize Hershey tools (PlanEx, High Radius, Costco CRX) to drive profitable, predictable sales results
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, and Category teams to ensure flawless execution
  • Monitor and control customer-related expenses, including WASTE and supply chain costs
  • Drive account penetration and identify new opportunities across the One Hershey portfolio
Minimum Education & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
 
Experience:
7+ years of relevant sales as a customer sales executive experience, preferably within CPG and/or managing large, strategic retail accounts
