Job description

Assists Costco members via inbound calls and chat. Which can include, but not limited to, researching membership issues, product information and safety questions, support with membership and billing, Executive Rewards questions, and recording member suggestions and other feedback, using multiple systems simultaneously to provide excellence in member service.
