  • Lead cross-functional execution across iGaming Operations, Marketing, Product & Technology, Analytics, VIP, Legal, and Compliance, aligning priorities, resolving tradeoffs, and delivering strategic initiatives that advance business objectives.

  • Provide executive leadership with data-driven insights on business performance, emerging risks, and growth opportunities to inform investment decisions and long-term strategy.

  • Ensure the organization is operationally prepared to scale across new markets and evolving regulatory environments while maintaining operational excellence and compliance.

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team, fostering accountability, strategic thinking, and operational excellence across the organization.

  • Oversee Revenue Operations, ensuring merchandising, promotions, player programs, and game portfolio decisions work together to maximize player value, commercial performance, and long-term profitability. Partner with Analytics to embed measurement, experimentation, and actionable insights into commercial decision-making.

  • Lead Games Operations & Studio, overseeing third-party partnerships, exclusive content, and the long-term in-house games roadmap while aligning game strategy with commercial priorities, marketing initiatives, and player lifecycle objectives to deliver a differentiated, high-performing portfolio.

What you'll bring
  • At least 15 years of experience leading operations, revenue, or Profit and Loss functions within iGaming, digital gaming, marketplaces, or similarly complex consumer businesses.

  • Proven success leading large, multidisciplinary organizations with accountability for revenue growth, operational excellence, and business performance.

  • Deep understanding of iGaming economics, including game content strategy, merchandising, promotions, player lifecycle management, and multi-brand operations.

  • Experience integrating commercial, content, and operations organizations into a unified operating model that drives measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong analytical and strategic judgment, with experience using data, experimentation, and insights to influence enterprise-level decisions.

  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence General Managers, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
