THE JOB:
The Sports and iGaming Marketing Executive is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with cross-channel customers, ensuring a seamless and engaging gaming experience between MGM Resorts properties and BetMGM. The candidate focuses on driving customer acquisition and retention, increasing engagement, and enhancing the overall player experience. All duties are to be performed in accordance with MGM Resorts International policies, practices, and procedures.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-value sports bettors, mobile gaming VIPs, and cross-channel players.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for BetMGM hosts and players, ensuring seamless engagement between mobile and land-based gaming.
  • Identify and mitigate friction points for customers as they navigate between BetMGM and casino properties.
  • Utilize MGM Resorts and BetMGM CRM tools to generate cross-channel business, directing casino players to mobile gaming and engaging mobile players with MGM Resorts properties.
  • Provide training and support to property host teams on mobile gaming, sports betting, and BetMGM platforms to enhance cross-functional capabilities.
  • Analyze real-time data and reporting to identify high-value players, personalize interactions, and optimize customer retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with retail sportsbook teams to meet new high value customers, assist with BetMGM related questions and challenges, and deliver premium service and exclusive experiences to VIP sports bettors.
  • Implement and oversee targeted retention and reactivation strategies for sports bettors, iGaming customers, and BetMGM VIPs.
  • Manage and extend offers, bonuses, and VIP experiences based on individual gaming behavior across sports betting, mobile gaming, and land-based casino activity.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in BetMGM and MGM Resorts gaming systems, including CRM and analytics tools, to support real-time player development strategies.
  • Leverage a comprehensive understanding of customer behavior-spanning both land-based and mobile gaming-to refine reinvestment strategies, improve engagement, and elevate the overall player experience.
  • Adhere to all MGM Resorts and BetMGM policies, gaming regulations, and responsible gaming initiatives.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • 3+ years of prior relevant experience required
