Job Description

It is of the utmost importance to us that our VIP iGaming Executive Hosts provide the family-style service our guests have become accustomed to through their many visits to our beloved properties. If you have experience in offering white-glove service via consistent phone calls, creative emails, and thoughtful text messages, paired with a background in the casino industry, we want to speak with you!

Responsibilities
  • Manage a dedicated book of business of our highest value iGaming customers.
  • Analyze and maintain proper player reinvestment ratios.
  • Extend VIP-exclusive iGaming promotions.
  • Build meaningful relationships through 40 – 50 phone calls per day.
  • Strategically email and text extend offers, promotions, and events.
  • Educate guests on the importance of VIP along with providing them dedicated gaming resources.
  • Support teammates in the office five days a week, Monday through Friday.
  • Execute strategic marketing campaigns designed to enhance our guests' gaming experience.
  • Organize and make reservations to our properties nationwide on behalf of your VIP guests.
  • Attend meetings with leadership to ensure you are supported and equipped to perform your job at the highest standard.
  • Maintain healthy growth amongst all gaming metrics for the business you’re responsible for.
  • Engage in actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize these risks.
  • Champion within the organization a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior.
Qualifications
  • Three+ years’ experience in Executive Hosting, preferably iGaming.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of iGaming required.
  • High levelof energy, enthusiasm, and passion for improving the VIP experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, understanding analytics dashboards, and gaming technologies.
  • Must be able to obtain a gaming license in alljurisdictionsCaesars casinosoperatein.
  • Must be able tocommute to the office each day.

  • Professional yet personable, paired with discipline on when to use which.
  • Technologically inclined with the aptitude to learn new systems and software.
  • Must have manual dexterity and coordination tooperateoffice equipment including, but not limited to, computers, telephone/headset,etc.
  • Must be able to work in moderate to loud noise conditions.
  • Must be able to make telephone calls for extended periods (minimum40+ calls/day).)
  • Must be able tolift upto 15 pounds.
  • Must be able to tolerate areascontainingsecondhand smoke.
  • Must be able to workforlong periodsof time, under fluorescent lighting.
  • Must be able to work at a desk, for most of the day, in a seated position.
  • Mustbe able to spend most of the day working off computermonitorsand operating a keyboard.
  • Although most of thepositionwill be spentseatedat a desk, there will be occasions where the candidate must be able to remain on one’s feet forlong periodsof time, and/or walk for long distances.
  • Must be able to travel as needed.
  • Must be able to meet business demands on weekends when necessary.

The salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $79,000.00 USD, which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k)-matching program; among other employee benefits. This role includes paid Personal Time Off and paid company holidays.
