Learning Systems & Content Specialist
Location: Westerville, Ohio (Primarily Office-Based)
Quality Moments is seeking a highly organized, technology-savvy Learning Systems & Content Specialist to manage and enhance our learning management platform, training resources, and knowledge systems.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, organization, problem-solving, and building systems that help people learn and succeed. The successful candidate will serve as the primary administrator for Trainual, helping transform policies, procedures, training materials, and organizational knowledge into structured, engaging learning experiences.

What You'll Do
  • Manage and maintain Trainual and other learning systems.
    • Build learning pathways, onboarding programs, and training assignments.
    • Create, organize, and update training materials and resources.
    • Convert policies, procedures, and operational documents into user-friendly learning content.
    • Track training completion and generate compliance reports.
    • Manage user access, permissions, and system setup.
    • Support onboarding, annual training requirements, and staff development initiatives.
    • Assist with content creation, document management, and organizational communications.
    • Identify opportunities to improve learning processes through technology and automation.

What We're Looking For
  • Exceptional computer and technology skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
    • Experience with Trainual, learning management systems, content management systems, or similar platforms preferred.
    • Strong written communication and document formatting skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
    • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, education, training, or regulated industries is a plus.
    • Comfortable learning new software and technology tools.
