You will manage intake, prioritize initiatives, delegate work across the team, and personally produce high-quality learning experience is a fast moving environment./ppThis is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic thinking with execution./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliDesign and develop scalable learning programs for restaurant leaders and hourly team members/liliProduce high-quality training content including eLearning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, and leadership curriculum/liliCreate visually compelling learning assets that reflect CAVAs brand standards and support real operational use/liliTranslate operational processes into clear, field-ready training materials/liliWrite scripts, storyboards, and learning narratives for digital and instructor-led demonstrating instructional design, curriculum development, and visual learning design/liliExperience producing SCORM-compliant eLearning modules/liliHands-on experience administering an LMS platform/liliProficiency with authoring and design tools such as Articulate (Storyline and Rise), Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, or similar tools/liliStrong project management skills with the ability
