GENERAL MANAGER – OPERATIONS

Location: Doral, FL | Salary: $120,000 average

We are seeking a hands-on General Manager – Operations to lead our Miami operation and drive warehouse, transportation, logistics, customer service, and operational performance.

The ideal candidate is a visible operational leader who can lead from the warehouse floor, develop managers and employees, establish KPIs, improve processes, and build a high-performing operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead overall warehouse, transportation, logistics, and station operations.
  • Design and improve operational processes, SOPs, workflows, and productivity.
  • Lead, coach, and develop managers and operational teams.
  • Manage KPIs, SLAs, safety, quality, productivity, and profitability.
  • Oversee transportation, trucking, dispatch, and distribution activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Build a culture of accountability, safety, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • 5–10+ years of progressive leadership in logistics, warehousing, transportation, freight forwarding, distribution, cold chain, aviation cargo, or related industries.
  • Experience leading managers and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong operational, financial, and analytical skills.
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to train, coach, and lead from the floor.
  • Experience designing, organizing, or improving a warehouse operation is a strong plus.
  • Strong knowledge of KPIs, SOPs, WMS/TMS, transportation, trucking, dispatch, and process improvement.
  • Fluent English and Spanish required.
  • Must work in person in Doral/Miami, FL.
