Job Title: Ticket Operations Coordinator
Organization: Tampa Bay Sun FC
Reports To: Director of Revenue
Classification: Part time, Hourly
Job Summary
The Ticket Operations Coordinator will support the day to day execution of ticket and box office operations for all events at the club's sporting facility. This role works closely with senior ticket operations leadership to assist in building, maintaining, and optimizing ticketing processes within our CRM systems.
This position serves as a collaborative partner across departments and with external stakeholders, helping ensure smooth and efficient ticket operations. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to the continued development of ticketing systems and processes.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with ticket operations processes including event setup, inventory management, order processing, payment plans, mobile ticket support, exchanges, and account updates
  • Support collaboration with internal teams and external partners on event logistics, sales initiatives, and execution
  • Work alongside SeatGeek and other ticketing partners to help troubleshoot system issues and support event builds and reporting
  • Assist the Finance team with event reconciliation and reporting needs
  • Support access control setup and maintenance for all events
  • Aid in the creation of forms, data capture processes, and system workflows
  • Assist in building and maintaining manifests, ticket plans, and event configurations
  • Help implement pricing, variable pricing structures, and related components
  • Support season ticket invoicing, renewals, and on sale processes for ticket products
  • Process and review ticket orders and membership accounts in coordination with sales and service teams
  • Assist with internal ticket requests and help manage complimentary ticket processes
  • Support payment plan tracking and account compliance efforts
  • Help execute special offers and third party ticketing integrations
  • Monitor ticket sales activity, inventory levels, and online functionality
  • Maintain and update reporting on a regular basis to track performance against sales goals
  • Assist with ticketing needs for soccer operations including player, staff, and league requests
  • Support matchday ticket operations, including assisting with box office staff and gameday execution
  • Assist with assembling reports for internal leadership and league requirements
  • Provide phone and customer support as needed
  • Attend home matches and related events as availability allows, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Other duties as assigned
