Chief Executive Officer - Home Health & Hospice - UT
Full Spectrum Search Group is a full-service healthcare recruiting agency specializing in post-acute leadership. We are currently partnering with a privately owned home health and hospice platform seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the next phase of strategic growth.
Position Overview & Key Responsibilities
The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for driving strategic growth, building scalable infrastructure, and positioning the organization for long-term expansion. Including:
  • Build corporate infrastructure to support growth
  • Identify growth opportunities in current markets
  • Expand into new geographic markets
  • Lead acquisition sourcing, diligence, negotiation, and integration
  • Drive de novo and acquisition strategy
  • Partner closely with current leadership to achieve desired outcomes
  • Serve as external face of the organization
  • Build reporting, accountability, and leadership systems
  • Maintain profitability while investing in scalable infrastructure
