Join the Founders Club Kitchen at 88 Tactical

The Founders Club at 88 Tactical is looking for a dependable, motivated Cook to join our team. We operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment serving members and guests, and we take pride in delivering consistent, high-quality food while maintaining a strong, team-driven culture.

What You'll Do

Prepare and execute menu items with consistency and attention to detail
Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation
Assist with prep work and kitchen organization
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Keep pace during high-volume service periods
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment


What We're Looking For

Kitchen or food prep experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong reliability and work ethic
Team-first attitude
Willingness to learn and follow standards
Evening and weekend availability is a plus
