DESCRIPTION

Busy executive family in Summerlin seeking an experienced Household Assistant / Nanny-House Manager Hybrid to help support the daily operations of a fast-paced household with four young children.

This is a hands-on hybrid role combining childcare, household management, family assistant duties, and organizational support. Candidates MUST have prior experience with multiple children and be comfortable assisting with both childcare and household operations throughout the day.

The ideal candidate is proactive, calm under pressure, highly organized, flexible, warm yet professional, and able to anticipate household needs without excessive direction.

Responsibilities Include:
โ€ข Assisting with childcare and daily routines
โ€ข Supporting a household with multiple young children
โ€ข Household management and organization
โ€ข Calendar and scheduling assistance
โ€ข Grocery shopping and household errands
โ€ข Managing deliveries and vendors
โ€ข Household inventory and stocking
โ€ข Organizational projects and systems implementation
โ€ข Family assistant duties
โ€ข Travel coordination and flexibility as needed
โ€ข Maintaining a smooth household flow

Requirements:
โ€ข 5 years Prior nanny and/or household assistant experience required
โ€ข MUST have experience with multiple children
