What You'll Do

As Executive Chef, you'll oversee every aspect of the kitchen operation while inspiring your team to execute at the highest level.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Lead all food preparation and daily culinary operations.
  • Develop, refine, and execute menus that exceed guest expectations while meeting company quality standards.
  • Manage food, labor, and operating costs to achieve financial goals.
  • Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
  • Create a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and excellence.
  • Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and execution.
  • Approve every dish leaving the kitchen and ensure it meets company standards.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a HIGH-VOLUME restaurant.
  • Exceptional leadership and kitchen management skills.
  • Strong understanding of food, labor, and inventory cost controls.
  • Ability to lead multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Passion for culinary innovation while maintaining operational consistency.
  • Working knowledge of restaurant management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
  • Mexican/Latin cuisine experience a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
