Job description

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and team-oriented Client Executive to join our team. You will be a great fit if you have a strong background in the construction industry. As a Client Executive, you will collaborate closely with our Advisors and have the autonomy to build and execute the service strategy to execute the Reseco Vision. This role requires a candidate with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with clients at the senior management level. Once on board with us, you will have a client service team to support you and will be integral in their development.
Responsibilities:
  • Set the service strategy for each client within your book of business.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to place new and renewal business.
  • Lead and develop the client service team to deliver superior client services.
  • Work closely with the Advisory and Service teams to execute new business, strategic planning, stewardship, and renewal strategies.
  • Meet clients in person regularly and develop a strong relationship with the clients.
  • Understand how people make decisions and the emotions that come along with those decisions.

For this specific role, we would like you to have:
  • Several years of experience in managing insurance clients with spends of $500K or more
  • Strong background in the construction industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with clients at the senior management level
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to work with autonomy and take ownership of the service strategy for each client.
  • CIC or CISR would be a great addition

Compensation package:
  • Compensation for the role is in the range of $130,000 - $175,000/ annually.
