EXECUTIVE BUTLER

Dominican Republic

Reports To: Front of House Manager > Director of Rooms

Language: Spanish required

OVERVIEW

We are conducting an urgent executive search for an experienced Executive Butler at a prestigious luxury resort in the Dominican Republic. This is a senior management role requiring a polished leader who can manage a large team and deliver a flawless, Forbes-level guest experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and develop a team of 25, including 3 Supervisors and 22 line staff
  • Oversee end-to-end guest experience with meticulous attention to detail
  • Anticipate guest needs and ensure all requests and preferences are fulfilled seamlessly
  • Collaborate with Rooms, F&B, Housekeeping, and Concierge to deliver cohesive luxury stays
  • Uphold and refine SOPs aligned with Forbes-level service standards
  • Coach, train, and evaluate team performance regularly

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5+ years of management experience in luxury hospitality (not a first-time manager)
  • Caribbean experience strongly preferred; will consider exceptional profiles without it
  • Luxury hotel experience is required; Forbes Five-Star is a strong plus
  • Background in Guest Experience, Guest Relations, Front Desk, or F&B management
  • Spanish proficiency essential; English preferred
  • Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and a passion for elevated service
