THE JOB:
As an Assistant Butler at The Cosmopolitan, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to guests by providing personalized butler, valet, and amenity services. You will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience, ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism and attention to detail. Join our team in creating memorable moments that exceed our guests' expectations!
THE STARTING RATE: $19.00/hr
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Assist Butlers in delivering timely and complete services to the guests, including serving meals, snacks, tea, hors d' oeuvres, cocktails and other food and beverage items as well as cleaning up after meals
  • Assist with personal services, such as haircutting and styling, manicure, massage, etc
  • Remain immediately available during assigned shift to respond to guests' needs
  • Prepare and deliver orders to assigned Butler, and maintain a clean working area in the kitchen
  • Maintain Butler's pantry and all other assigned areas in a neat and serviceable condition
  • Report any deficiencies or safety hazards to Supervisor and coordinate corrective action
  • Detect flaws relating to service standards and make corrections prior to service delivery
  • Assist Butlers in anticipating guest's needs regarding butler services and is supportive and proactive in lending team support
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Is 21+ years of age
  • Has a High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of prior relevant experience as a food server, bus person, or food runner preferred
