Who You Are:

As a Regional Sales Executive, you will work as an individual contributor under the VP of Sales to achieve sales and profit goals within a designated region for Butler Plus. In this role, you will manage multiple districts within a region. You will collaborate with Property Managers, Owners, and C-suite Executives to build and present a value-based offering driven by a financial ROI. In addition, you will help design and recommend sales programs and set short- and long-term sales strategies. Further, you will evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume by collecting relevant competitors' market information to increase sales volume and market share. Lastly, as a Regional Sales Executive, you may recommend products or service enhancements to improve our customer satisfaction and sales potential.

Remote position working from home within a designated territory (CO, AZ, NV)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate new business by developing and cultivating existing relationships within the industry by networking and using outbound lead-generation techniques. This is a sales hunting, action forward role.
• Pull from industry knowledge, B2B sales experience, and overall business acumen to develop, implement and oversee the execution of a strategic plan for the sales/marketing function.
• Close new business while hitting targeted revenue and gross profit goals.
• Present detailed proposals for the company that demonstrate our value and financial impact.
• Ensure client retention goals are met based on company guidelines.
• Monitor competitor activities and stay abreast of market and industry trends and shift strategy accordingly
• Identify and maintain relationships with national multi-family portfolio decision-makers.
• Assist the sales team with identifying, cultivating, and closing national portfolio accounts.
• Attend industry events, affiliate with associations, and participate in other networking opportunities.
• Ensure the Region hits revenue goals while still driving and improving the Region’s gross margin.
• Ensure effective use of technology within the sales process, including but not limited to the upkeep of Salesforce.
• Keep up to date on industry trends and advancements
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Previous experience selling services to multifamily (apartment communities)
• 3-5 experience achieving sales and profitability goals for a region or territory
• Proven track record of exceeding goals, driving double-digit revenue growth, and earning high commissions.
• Business and financial acumen consistent with the level of responsibility, including the ability to recognize market and financial trends, and utilize findings to support business plan development, forecasting, and budget activities.
• Ability and desire to travel up to 20% of the time based on industry events.
• Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities, with an entrepreneurial approach to leverage further opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building abilities, with an entrepreneurial mindset to capitalize on additional opportunities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with superior interpersonal abilities, enabling effective interaction with diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated and highly organized, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple processes independently while demonstrating a sense of understanding, urgency, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision, driven by self-motivation.
• Thrive in a fast-paced and growing industry, embracing challenges and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working remotely is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce a plus.
• Located in CO, AZ, or NV
