Job description

Executive Assistant

Executive Assistants at RAS LaVrar directly support managers and perform administrative tasks which support the day-to-day operation of their department. In addition, individuals in this role are sometimes called upon to help with legal tasks such as the filing of documents with courts. Executive Assistants are not expected to draft pleadings.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The following responsibilities are central to the role:

  • Administrative tasks
  • Email/inbox management, including distribution of work to staff on behalf of the manager.
  • Calendar management.
  • Meeting scheduling, prep, and agenda distribution.
  • Management of internal ticketing queues.
  • Data entry.
  • Serve as the manager's gatekeeper.
  • Specialized efforts
  • Pull basic reports from the firm's CMS and distribute them to stakeholders.
  • Process guide/SOP construction and maintenance.
  • Coordinate and manage the firm's relationships with third-party vendors.
  • File pleadings with courts.
