Senior Executive Assistant job opening, to CEO Founder who has a proven COO and CMO on their team.Remote based, reporting to a Founder/CEO of a >$100MM+ high-growth D2C company.The CEO is looking for an Executive Assistant who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels - acting as a trusted partner, gatekeeper, and confidant, this role is focused on optimising the CEO's time, priorities, and confidential initiatives, not operations management, however it could evolve into a Chief of Staff role in the future if of interest or hybrid from the outset.
The ideal profile is:
  • You're digital tech savvy, innovative, and in ChatGTP or ideally AI such as Claude Code, Manus, Cursor or Anti-Gravity, every day at a medium to advanced super user level as you will be AI stakeholder/sponsor on behalf of the CEO
  • 7-12+ years' experience supporting CEOs/Founders in entrepreneurial, fast-scaling small and medium size, award winning companies (those from mostly large global corporate enterprises in the last 5-10 years won't be invited to interview)
  • Comfortable managing and facilitating executive director board-level meetings, notes, materials, investors, VVIPs, and confidential projects, while also handling calendar, travel, and PA oversight including some home related tasks either director via a housekeeper
  • Deep business understanding of D2C/eCommerce/digital marketing/ digital marketplace models
  • Passionate about one or more sport, health, wellness, fitness at an advanced level like a biohacker
  • Based in Florida or Remote USA with occasional travel as this is a digital remote first business
