The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, organizing travel, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.

Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
