Were seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Event Assistant to support our Global Events team as we deliver large venue-based events across the U.S. and around the world. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, logistics, communication, and cross-functional coordination in high-energy event environments.

As an Event Assistant, youll play a key role supporting schedules, travel coordination, documentation, project tracking, communications, and operational readiness for major event delivery initiatives.

What Youll Do:
Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and team logistics
Support project documentation, schedules, and milestone tracking
Assist with operational planning and venue readiness activities
Prepare reports, meeting summaries, and executive-ready materials
Maintain organized systems and project files
Support onsite event operations during peak event periods
