Job Summary
The Resort Club Representative is the first point of contact for guests engaging with Great River Casino Resort's loyalty program. This role requires a guest-first attitude and a strong ability to explain benefits, register new members, and support casino marketing events. The ideal candidate is outgoing, tech-savvy, and thrives in a high-energy environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Enroll guests in the Resorts Club loyalty program and ensure accurate account setup.
  • Promote club benefits, events, and current promotions.
  • Assist with promotional activities, giveaways, and drawing events.
  • Maintain an orderly and professional front desk area.
  • Accurately document transactions, prizes, and guest interactions.
  • Answer guest questions and address concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Cross-promote amenities, hotel, dining, and entertainment options.
  • Follow all company policies and gaming regulations.

Work Environment

  • Casino environment with exposure to noise and secondhand smoke

Qualifications
