Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

As NFM’s Associate Event Producer, you will be responsible for planning and executing on-going/repeat marketing events, charitable contributions, store tours, PR efforts, marketing research and managing circular and premium processes. You will have the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule based on business needs.

 

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

  • Plan From concept to implementation, assist in planning marketing events
  • Manage Own the prize give-away process, budget and direct customer contact
  • Communicate Relay event information both internally and externally
  • Assist in conducting circular shops, internet statistics, and competitor reports
  • Strategize Direct event activities to be in line with the strategic goals of the department and company

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, related field or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of sales, marketing, advertising, or public relations experience in a retail environment
  • Knowledge of local market (e.g. competitors, charities, etc.) preferred
  • Experience with promotions and event coordination preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and ongoing acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software Applications
  • Internet skills preferred
  • Excellent Proofreading skills
  • Detail oriented
