Job description

We are seeking a vibrant, organized, and hospitality-driven Marketing and Events Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our members and guests, assisting with phone calls, event inquiries, and food & beverage coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Member & Guest Services: Answer incoming phone calls and promptly respond to event, and food and beverage inquiries with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Event Coordination & Planning: Assist in planning and executing a wide variety of events, ranging from major annual member traditions to private non-member celebrations.
  • Cross Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the Food & Beverage, Culinary, Tennis, and Golf Operations teams to ensure seamless communication and flawless execution of all member and private events.
  • Social Media Management: Curate engaging content and manage our official Facebook and Instagram accounts to highlight club happenings, dining specials, and events.
  • Marketing & Collateral: Design, print, and distribute eye-catching marketing materials, signage, and flyers displayed throughout the clubhouse.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general day-to-day administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations across the department.

Qualifications & Skills
