Top 3-5 Must-Have Skills:

•3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, Cloud Engineer, or similar IT role.

•Proficiency with AWS cloud environments (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC).

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and security controls.

• Familiarity with automation tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting.

• Understanding system security and compliance best practices.

• Familiarity with Linux and Windows Server administration.

Job Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, system security, and user management — with expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft 365 environments. This role requires a proactive professional who can design, implement, and maintain reliable, secure, and scalable systems to support our operations.


Key Responsibilities

· Administer, monitor, and maintain AWS infrastructure, including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, and related services.

· Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.

· Oversee system updates, patches, and backups to ensure optimal performance and security.

· Configure (as necessary) and maintain identity access management systems.

· Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and resolve complex system and network issues.

· Collaborate with development/data and analytics, accounting, and operations teams to enhance system performance and reliability.

· Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

· Configure (as necessary) and enforce system security best practices across our cloud environment.

· Configure and maintain virtual servers, storage, and backup systems.

· Assist in disaster recovery/business continuity planning, testing, and execution.


Required Qualifications

· 3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, Cloud Engineer, or similar IT role.

· Proficiency with AWS cloud environments (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC).

· Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and security controls.

· Familiarity with automation tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting.

· Understanding of system security and compliance best practices.

· Familiarity with Linux and Windows Server administration.

Preferred Qualifications

· AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent certification.

· Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or related certification.

· Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery tools.

Physical Requirements:
