About the Role:
Hims & Hers is seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented LMS Administrator to join our Learning & Development team. This role serves as the technical expert for our Docebo Learning Management System, overseeing system configuration, course and learning plan administration, automation, systems integrations, data integrity, and platform governance to support enterprise learning initiatives across multiple business units and locations. The LMS Administrator will design and maintain automated workflows, build integrations and custom reporting solutions, and evaluate new platform capabilities to keep the LMS scalable and reliable. Working closely with the Sr. Manager of Learning Design and Enablement, Instructional Designers, the Learning Analyst, and cross-functional teams, this role ensures our learning technology infrastructure supports operational excellence and compliance requirements.
You Will:
  • Administer, configure, and optimize the Docebo Learning Management System.
  • Configure and maintain learning plans, catalogs, groups, notifications, and user permissions.
  • Maintain scalable enrollment strategies using dynamic groups, automation rules, and learning plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of learning plan structures, course inventories, and assignment rules to ensure stakeholders have visibility into current training requirements and upcoming changes.
  • Evaluate new platform functionality and recommend system enhancements that improve scalability and the learner experience.
  • Build and configure new courses, learning plans, and related LMS assets in accordance with established standards.
  • Coordinate course setup, testing, and deployment for new and revised learning content.
  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers and business stakeholders to ensure training is accurately configured and published.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated workflows within and outside the LMS to improve efficiency and reduce manual administration.
  • Develop and support integrations using the Docebo API and other enterprise systems.
  • Build custom scripts, reporting solutions, and technical processes to extend LMS functionality.
  • Evaluate new technologies and system enhancements to support scalable Learning Operations.
  • Develop and maintain custom reporting solutions beyond native LMS functionality.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and availability of learning data.
  • Partner with the Learning Analyst to build reporting infrastructure that supports operational reporting and business insights.
  • Troubleshoot complex LMS issues related to enrollments, automations, integrations, notifications, and reporting.
  • Manage vendor support cases, system upgrades, release testing, and implementation of new platform features.
  • Maintain testing environments and technical documentation for system configurations, automations, integrations, and administrative processes.

You Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Learning Technologies, Computer Science, Instructional Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience administering an enterprise Learning Management System.
  • Advanced experience administering Docebo or a comparable enterprise LMS.
  • Experience working with APIs.
  • Experience developing custom automations and scripts using Google Apps Script, JavaScript, Python, or similar technologies to streamline business processes.
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation and business process optimization.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written documentation and communication skills.
Skills (Preferred):
  • Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or life sciences.
  • Experience supporting compliance-based training programs.
  • Experience working with Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, SQL, or similar reporting platforms.
  • Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and eLearning standards.
  • Experience supporting global enterprise system implementations and change management initiatives.
