About the Team & Business Line:
Retail Alternative Funds is Citco's key growth area and is a focus to extend our service offering into the registered fund space for our alternative asset clients. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As a core member of our Investor Relations team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
You will provide daily support to our clients and their investors, distributors and third parties by performing the following tasks in a proactive and customer centric manner:
  • You will review subscription agreements.
  • You will follow up with investors on missing documentation.
  • You will complete KYC and AML on investors.
  • You will carry out investor transfers and name changes.
  • You will maintain electronic and physical investor records.
  • You will maintain bank accounts for funds assigned.
  • You will prepare daily cash reconciliation for various accounts.
  • You will produce Statements, Distributions and correspondence.
  • You will update all contacts information in all systems.
  • You will assist with the appropriate handling of fund manager and investor calls.

Qualifications
About You:
  • You have experience in customer service, preferably within the financial services area such as fund services .
  • You have demonstrated strong client relationship experience.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree
  • You have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • You are proficient with all MS Office applications.
