Job description

REPORTS/RELATIONSHIPS:

The ERP Analyst reports to the Supply Chain Manager and has responsibility of ERP warehouse and inventory data & information used within the confines of the company.

Essential Duties:

  • Input's data, extracts data, creates reports using Dynamics (Business Central).
  • Create Purchase Orders/Invoices, Create Transfers, Create Warehouse Locations, Build and verify Production Plans, Perform Cycle Counts with warehouse personnel, Assign Lot Numbers, Create Customer Order Confirmations.
  • Creates customer's orders and communicates regularly with the customer and the warehouse the accuracy and timeliness of shipping orders.
  • Responsible for ensuring all direct materials within the supply chain are ordered, monitored, inventoried, accounted to/from all company facilities.
  • Responsible for conducting traceability exercises within the ERP system for all food safety audits and certifications.
  • Collaborates with the Production Planner on daily basis to ensure crops, packaging and shipments are available to customers.
  • Help to maintain an MIN/MAX level of raw materials for multiple facilities.
  • Invoice customers using EDI, iTrade, email, mail and other methods required by the customers.
  • Schedule transfers and customer pick-up of customers' orders to 3PL cold storage daily.
  • Coordinates and tracks deliveries scheduled of all inbound and outbound deliveries for all Kalera facilities.
  • Kalera delivered.
  • 3PL Delivered.
  • Coordinates with transportation brokers to move product to/from each of the Kalera facilities.
  • Receive all materials within the ERP for multiple facilities.
  • Submits dock appointment requests for deliveries.
  • Communicates all weekly sales to management and the sales team.
  • Receives Weekly/Quarterly Physical Inventory Counts (Weekly)
  • Creates new customer accounts.
  • Assists with answering emails received into the Kalera Customer Service email.
  • Performs other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 yrs. previous ERP.
  • Good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Dependable and Reliable.
  • Inventory, data entry and computer skills required.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to travel and overnight. (=>10% travel).

Work Environment:

  • Portions of this job requires the associate to work within a cold storage environment.
  • Must be capable of multi-tasking and communicating with a variety of people and personalities.
  • Noise level in the warehouse varies and at time can be loud.
