Role Overview & Expectations:
? Lead end-to-end ERP process design, documentation, and mapping
? Oversee integrations across Acumatica, Lightspeed, Shopify, and TapMango
? Build leadership dashboards for visibility and decision support
? Conduct root-cause analysis on data and operational inconsistencies
? Drive UAT, training, rollout coordination, and cross-department alignment
? Work directly with COO and CEO to stabilize and scale the RSH operating system
