Position Overview:
The ERP Coordinator position is responsible for the movement of materials to all production batch orders (i.e. for all filling and packaging lines) with accuracy and verifying the returned material quantities are correct as listed in the ERP system. The ERP Coordinator works closely with the Production Coordinators and Supervisors, Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to support the production plan, communicate material shortages, and inventory accuracy for each day across all shifts within the production departments. The ERP Coordinator will work with other departments as necessary for the purpose of inventory adjustments and management. The ERP Coordinator will support the ERP clerks in verifying batch accuracy before opening and closing. The ERP coordinator will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
• Must be able to perform all ERP responsibilities level 1-4
• Must be able to perform all tasks in the ERP system.
• Investigate and report discrepancies in the ERP systems.
• Maintain and update procedure manual for the department.
• Lead the day-to-day activities of the ERP Clerks.
• Manage the volume of orders released to the warehouse to maintain appropriate daily workload.
• Making basic operating decisions and provide work directions to area employees.
• Work with warehouseand production supervisorsto ensure supplies and production plan are well coordinated and downtime is minimized, and process flow is efficient.
• Assist production and warehouse in resolving inventory issues
• Coordinate with quality or other functions as needed.
• Hands-on training of new team members as needed.
• Participate in floor meetings to communicate up to date information over the course of the shift.
• Coach team members in the areas of productivity and quality.
• Be an effective resource for process related issues and questions
• Enterprise Resource Planning knowledge and execution of releasing, starting, closing batch orders.
• CAPA/QA Hold items support
• Assist in cycle and physical counts
• Communicate with Quality and process WOD (witness of destruction),

• Significant experience related to area of responsibility

Hours, Location and Pay:
We offer a competitive base pay rate and comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. This role works on a straight 2-2-3 Rotation working either 5:40pm to 6:00am or 5:40am to 6:00pm. at our Little Chute, WI manufacturing facility.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, hear, use hands to type data, use a personal computer and telephone. This employee may occasionally have to operate business machines and lift and/move up to 50 pounds.
