Job description

We are seeking a skilled Epicor ERP Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our on-premise Epicor ERP system to ensure it meets the needs of our business operations. This role requires a deep understanding of Epicor ERP, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and customize Epicor ERP modules to meet business requirements.

· Implement new processes within the on-premise Epicor ERP system to enhance financial and operational efficiency.

· Plan and coordinate the migration from of Epicor E10 to the latest on-premise or cloud version, ensuring a smooth transition.

· Monitor and maintain the on-premise Epicor environment, including hardware and software configurations.

· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Epicor ERP-related issues.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective ERP solutions.

· Create and maintain documentation for ERP processes and customizations.

· Train end-users on the effective use of the Epicor ERP system.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Proven experience as an Epicor ERP Developer or similar role.

· Strong knowledge of Epicor ERP systems, particularly on-premises implementations.

· Experience with ERP system migrations and upgrades.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with Epicor E10 or E9 solutions.

· Knowledge of manufacturing or distribution industry processes.

· Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).

· Certification in Epicor ERP or related technologies.
