Strategic Overview

Seeking an accomplished and highly versatile Epicor ERP Specialist to oversee and optimize our cloud-based Epicor Kinetic environment. This critical "A to Z" position requires an expert capable of managing the complete ERP lifecycle. The successful candidate will transition seamlessly between high-level architectural customizations, the implementation of emerging artificial intelligence capabilities, and essential daily system administration to support our manufacturing and distribution sectors.

Core Responsibilities

System Administration Serve as the principal architect for our cloud-based Epicor Kinetic platform, overseeing environmental stability, user security, and operational performance.

Architectural Customization Design, implement, and govern Business Activity Queries (BAQs), Business Process Management (BPM) directives, and customized dashboards to align system capabilities with intricate manufacturing workflows.

Advanced AI Integration Champion enterprise automation by integrating Epicor Virtual Agent (EVA), predictive analytics, and relevant API connections to generative AI, optimizing forecasting and supply chain logistics.

Data Integrity & Management Execute complex data migrations, mass updates, and database maintenance protocols utilizing the Data Management Tool (DMT).

Business Intelligence Author and deploy financial and operational reporting structures utilizing SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) alongside Epicor's native analytics suite.

User Support & Training Deliver comprehensive Tier 1–3 technical support. Facilitate cross-departmental training to ensure optimal system adoption among production floor and administrative personnel. 

 Professional Prerequisites

  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of dedicated experience in Epicor ERP administration and development, with a strong preference for candidates proficient in Epicor Kinetic / web-based cloud environments.
  • Technical Mastery: Comprehensive expertise utilizing Epicor's core toolset, specifically BAQs, BPMs, DMT, and Dashboards.
  • Forward-Looking Technologies: Demonstrated experience or a strong conceptual understanding of integrating AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, LLMs, or EVA) into traditional ERP frameworks.
  • Development Skills: Proven proficiency in SSRS report writing. Foundational knowledge of C# and SQL for advanced customization is highly advantageous.
  • Industry Acumen: Deep operational understanding of the manufacturing, converting, and distribution sectors to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions.
