This position reports to the Director, ERP Solutions, and supports ERP initiatives for a multi-year, large, global Microsoft Dynamics ERP integration strategy. This role is critical to integrating newly acquired companies into our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) ERP systems by ensuring a successful transition to the new Dynamics ERP system. Primary responsibilities include configuring the foundational structure of the ERP to support expansion.
We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.
What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with legal, financial, and operational stakeholders to define business requirements for the new entity, including its legal structure, regulatory compliance needs, and intercompany relationships.
  • Design, implement, and manage test strategies for Dynamics 365 F&O and CE, with a focus on test automation. You will build frameworks for automated regression, end-to-end, and integration testing.
  • Perform quality assurance on key deliverables (including test plans), and ensure the project stays on track.
  • Lead functional testing efforts, ensuring the quality and functionality of the implemented solution, and managing the deployment process.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system changes and ensure they meet specified requirements and do not negatively impact other areas of the system.
  • Collaborate with internal data migration teams to ensure appropriate technical and business testing of data conversion and data loads.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that resolve issues and close process gaps.
  • Drive business process automation and efficiency by leveraging ERP technologies and new features.
  • Investigate and resolve system errors, data inconsistencies, and user-reported problems. Must be willing to deep dive into system issues while deploying a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving. Tenacity, perseverance, and creativity are needed to keep exploring different solutions, even when the first attempts don't succeed.

What You Will Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Equivalent combination of education and related work experience is acceptable.
  • 7+ years of ERP experience supporting multiple modules, with at least 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with test automation tools such as RSAT (Regression Suite Automation Tool), Leapwork, Selenium, or other test automation frameworks is required.

  • Deep knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Project Management & Accounting modules.
  • Accounting or financial sector experience also a plus.
  • Background in project-based accounting solutions is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytic curiosity and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to work both independently and in a dynamic, multi-functional team structure.
