We are currently seeking a ERP Integration Project Manager - REMOTE to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).
The Program Manager - ERP Transition will lead a large-scale transformation initiative to migrate the legacy business systems into the company's main ERP platform. This role demands strong ERP and finance process expertise, proven experience in program management, and the ability to drive alignment across multiple workstreams and global teams.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic, results-oriented leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex programs involving technology, process, and organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex ERP transformation programs, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, detailed project plans, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), including milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Provide strategic oversight and direction to global cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business and IT objectives.
  • Collaborate with finance, technology, and business leaders to define and measure ROI, KPIs, and benefit realization.
  • Manage program budgets and forecasts, tracking actuals to ensure adherence to financial controls.
  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and issues, escalating appropriately and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Partner with executive governance and steering committees to align on priorities, outcomes, and communication.
  • Ensure robust organizational change management (OCM) and business readiness for system deployment.
  • Mentor project managers and workstream leads, providing escalation support and promoting best practices.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively across global, distributed teams.

Minimum Requirements:
  • 12+ years of overall project/program management experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale ERP transformation or implementation programs, preferably within finance or enterprise systems.
  • 5+ years experience managing multi-workstream, cross-functional, global programs.
  • 5+ years experience managing ERP implementations or migrations (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
  • 5+ years of in-depth understanding of core financial processes - General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Budgeting, and Reporting.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in ERP data migration, integration testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma, ITIL, COBIT, or similar quality frameworks.

Certifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification required.
  • Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or PRINCE2 certifications are a plus.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $78,948 - $164,476. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
